At American University, we are looking for a highly motivated Gift Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate customer service to our university’s alumni and friends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with customers, solving problems, and working with a team.We are looking for someone with a strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience with databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
