Summer Law Clerk Internship
The Summer Legal Internship Program is a unique opportunity for business-minded candidates interested in gaining in-house experience. Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents, developing a deeper understanding of contractual rights and obligations. Prepare draft legal documents under the supervision of American Tower attorneys. Support and observe contract negotiations with customers and property owners. Assist various teams with resolving escalated business and legal issues. Conduct legal research and due diligence. The intern will also be exposed to various other functions within the company, such as finance, landlord relations, and innovation.
Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited Juris Doctor degree program and entering second year required
Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 required
