Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join American Tower’s Information Technology (“IT”) team. The IT team delivers quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. Provide hands-on functional and technical expertise within assigned business areas in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business applications. Work with others to investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and evaluate technical feasibilities. Provide hands-on day to day support and troubleshooting of critical issues for team-owned solutions. Author and update all technical documents related to the design, delivery, and/or custom application for the Development team’s intranet site. Assist Business Analysts with troubleshooting technical issues by providing standard or custom programs and reports. Track all outstanding work through either the production ticket system or Project Server.

  • Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
