Support local accounting teams; supervise and follow up on monthly and quarterly reports, such as impairment questionnaires, ARO certifications, control certifications, local legally required reports and filings, etc. Oversight on financial results reporting to senior leadership team with continuous process improvements to track regional and individual market’s performance over financial goals. International discussions of control issues, business processes, reports usage, etc. (Africa, Europe, Brazil). GAAP Talk sessions with markets, SSC and TTG (regional trainings, collaboration, best practices, and leadership initiative) with ownership over regional trainings to finance and other teams as needed. Partner with the markets to support in the design and execution of Oracle and module implementations, lease integrations and other system improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies. Lead review of new deals and contracts with customers before execution with focus on maximizing financial results.
