1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for modernizing AIG's enterprise architecture, in line with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
2. Lead and oversee all aspects of the modernization program, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and ensure alignment with the modernization strategy.
4. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the industry, and make recommendations for their adoption in AIG's enterprise architecture.
5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in the modernization process.
6. Communicate the progress and impact of the modernization program to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities in the modernization efforts.
8. Monitor and analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for the modernization program.
9. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and agility within the enterprise architecture team, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in the modernization efforts.
11. Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
