- Oversee and manage the delivery quality and engineering teams, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to delivery quality and engineering, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's processes.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery quality and engineering, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Vp, Delivery Quality & Engineering Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering High-Quality Results Within Strict Timelines.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Professionals, Set Strategic Direction, And Foster A Culture Of Collaboration And Innovation.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development And Quality Assurance Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Quality Assurance Processes, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Improving Them.
Experience In The Insurance Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Insurance Industry And Its Unique Challenges Is Essential For This Position. The Vp Should Be Familiar With The Products, Services, And Regulatory Requirements Of Aig And Its Competitors.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Key Member Of The Leadership Team, The Vp Should Have Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
