- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims for financial institution clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve successful resolution of complex claims.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling high-profile and high-value claims.
- Oversee the review and evaluation of claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Monitor industry trends, legislation, and regulations related to financial institutions claims and adjust processes accordingly.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and attorneys.
- Analyze claim data and develop reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of claims team members.
- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of claims and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry developments and attend conferences and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Uphold the company's mission and values, and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Insurance Industry, Specifically In The Financial Institutions Claims Sector.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Claims Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Institutions Products And Services, Including D&O Liability, Professional Liability, And Fidelity Bonds.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Complex Claims.
