- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial decisions and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations
- Manage the company's financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of financial goals and initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform financial strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions
- Represent the company in financial matters, including presentations to the board of directors and shareholders.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management And Leadership Roles, Preferably Within The Insurance Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Cpa Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Financial Strategies, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Risk Management In The Insurance Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Executive Leadership.
