In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and evaluating risks for our clients, while also building relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders.   1. Evaluate and analyze risk for clients in the Primary Casualty division of AIG.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders.
  3. Utilize strong underwriting skills to make informed decisions on risk assessment.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement underwriting strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized underwriting files and documentation.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  9. Train and mentor junior underwriters to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and legal, to ensure effective risk management.
  11. Adhere to company underwriting guidelines and policies.
  12. Continuously monitor and manage risk exposure for assigned accounts.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
  14. Work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
