  1. Process insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Provide support to the underwriting team by collecting and organizing necessary data and information.
  3. Communicate with clients, agents, and other team members to gather necessary information and answer any questions.
  4. Assist with reviewing and analyzing policy information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  5. Maintain electronic and paper records, keeping them up-to-date and organized.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  7. Monitor and manage policy renewals, ensuring all necessary actions are taken.
  8. Conduct research on industry trends and regulations to stay updated and informed.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance products and services offered by the company.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships.
  14. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
