Job Description

With your attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts for our general insurance group. You will be responsible for improving our candidate and hiring manager experience as you coordinate logistics for recruiting events, assist with new hire onboarding, and manage the hiring process for new employees. You will partner with hiring managers and other HR functions to build profiles of great candidates and manage expectations throughout the process. As you facilitate the assessment and decision-making process with hiring managers, HR, and compensation, you will attract great talent to AIG. As you employ your excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the recruiting process and systems, you will greet candidates, ensure that meetings run smoothly, and coordinate on-site and off-site recruiting efforts to help us become the employer of choice. You will utilize Workday to initiate and document recruiting and onboarding tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks for our candidates and hiring managers.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous experience recruiting in a high volume environment

  • The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, highly sensitive confidential information with discretion and unquestionable integrity

  • 3+ years of related experience
