- Develop and implement AIG's sustainability reporting strategy in alignment with international standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular research on emerging sustainability trends and regulations to ensure AIG's reporting remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, Legal, Finance, and Communications, to gather data and insights for accurate and comprehensive reporting.
- Manage the collection, verification, and analysis of data related to AIG's environmental, social, and governance performance.
- Prepare and publish AIG's annual sustainability report, ensuring it is accurate, transparent, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulators, to communicate AIG's sustainability efforts and respond to inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry organizations and sustainability reporting platforms to enhance AIG's visibility and credibility in the sustainability space.
- Educate and train AIG employees on sustainability reporting principles and practices to foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
- Monitor and track AIG's sustainability performance metrics and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AIG's sustainability reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Sustainability, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Reporting, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Sustainability Reporting Frameworks And Standards Such As Gri, Sasb, And Tcfd.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Proficiency In Sustainability Reporting Software And Tools.
