  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments and underwriting analysis for a wide range of retail properties.
  2. Utilize your expertise and knowledge to make informed decisions and recommendations on policy coverage and pricing.
  3. Manage a diverse portfolio of retail properties, ensuring proper risk management and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.

  7. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the underwriting process, including clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company underwriting guidelines and procedures.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters and assist with their professional development.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve underwriting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Handle complex and challenging underwriting cases with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  12. Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Underwriting Experience: A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Underwriting Retail Property Insurance Policies, Including A Thorough Understanding Of Policy Coverage And Risk Assessment.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Make Informed Decisions Based On Risk Assessment And Underwriting Guidelines.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Property Market: In-Depth Knowledge Of The Retail Property Market, Including Emerging Trends, Market Conditions, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Communicate Effectively, Both Verbally And In Writing, With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Brokers, Clients, And Senior Management.

  • Leadership And Teamwork: Proven Experience In Leading And Developing A Team, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
