Extensive Knowledge Of Personal Lines Insurance: A Senior Representative For Personal Lines At Aig Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Personal Insurance Products, Including Homeowners, Auto, And Personal Liability Coverage.
Proven Sales And Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In The Insurance Industry. This Includes Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Rapport With Customers, Are Essential.
