  • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Production Specialists, Providing Guidance And Support To Achieve Regional Goals And Objectives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products: In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Insurance Products, Including Property And Casualty, Life And Health, And Financial Lines, Along With A Thorough Understanding Of Regional Market Trends And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Proven Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Brokers, Clients, And Internal Teams. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Negotiate And Influence Outcomes.
