- Manage and grow the multinational client portfolio through effective relationship management and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for multinational clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services to existing multinational clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure their insurance needs are being met and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to multinational clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory updates that may impact multinational clients.
- Negotiate insurance rates and terms with multinational clients, ensuring the best possible value for both parties.
- Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the growth and development of the team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing AIG to external stakeholders.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and promote AIG's services to potential multinational clients.
- Continuously assess and monitor client satisfaction, taking proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with underwriters and risk consultants to develop customized insurance solutions for multinational clients.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of AIG by achieving individual and team sales targets and actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Extensive Experience In Multinational Insurance: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Multinational Clients. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Complexities And Challenges Of Managing Large Global Insurance Programs.
Strong Communication And Relationship Building Skills: As A Senior Multinational Client Executive, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With High-Level Clients. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of International Insurance Regulations: Multinational Insurance Programs Are Subject To Various Regulations And Compliance Requirements Across Different Countries. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Guide Clients In Navigating Them.
