  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of underwriting processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Underwriting Experience: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Underwriting Experience In The Marine Insurance Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Commercial Marine Risks.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Marine Insurance: A Thorough Understanding Of Marine Insurance Products, Coverages, And Industry Trends, As Well As A Strong Technical Knowledge Of Marine Risk Assessment And Underwriting Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Sound Underwriting Decisions Based On Risk Exposure, Financial Stability, And Market Conditions.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Brokers, Clients, And Other Stakeholders, As Well As Negotiate Terms And Conditions To Achieve Profitable Results.
