  1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
  3. Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and roll out global HR initiatives and programs.
  5. Advise and support business leaders in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  6. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  8. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development and performance management.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure AIG remains a leader in HR practices.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  12. Act as a change agent to drive culture and organizational transformation initiatives.
  13. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company values and goals.
  14. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and compensation and benefits, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  15. Participate in and lead HR projects as needed.
  16. Communicate and implement HR initiatives and programs effectively to employees.
  17. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters.
  18. Provide guidance and support for complex employee relations issues.
  19. Represent AIG in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate HR processes and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Business Partnering And Global Hr Strategies. This Should Include Experience In A Leadership Or Senior Hr Role Within A Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Practices: As This Role Will Involve Working With A Global Team And Supporting Employees In Different Countries, The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Practices And Regulations. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically To Identify Key Hr Initiatives That Drive Business Success.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Senior Leadership And Stakeholders Across Different Regions. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships, Influence Decision-Making, And Drive Change Within The Organization.
