- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and roll out global HR initiatives and programs.
- Advise and support business leaders in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development and performance management.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure AIG remains a leader in HR practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a change agent to drive culture and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company values and goals.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and compensation and benefits, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Participate in and lead HR projects as needed.
- Communicate and implement HR initiatives and programs effectively to employees.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters.
- Provide guidance and support for complex employee relations issues.
- Represent AIG in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate HR processes and practices.
Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Business Partnering And Global Hr Strategies. This Should Include Experience In A Leadership Or Senior Hr Role Within A Multinational Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Practices: As This Role Will Involve Working With A Global Team And Supporting Employees In Different Countries, The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Global Hr Practices And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Local Employment Laws, Cultural Sensitivities, And Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.
Strategic Mindset: The Senior Hr Business Partner Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Business Objectives. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically To Identify Key Hr Initiatives That Drive Business Success.
