  1. Provide technical support to senior executives, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring devices, and resolving network connectivity problems.
  2. Manage and maintain executive-level technology equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and conference room technology.
  3. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technology solutions and upgrades for senior executives.
  4. Proactively identify potential technical issues and provide solutions to prevent disruptions in senior executives' daily work.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on executive devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
  6. Communicate effectively and professionally with senior executives to understand their needs and provide timely and efficient technical support.
  7. Create and maintain documentation and procedures for executive-level technology support.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for executive-level solutions.
  9. Manage executive-level accounts and permissions for various technology platforms and applications.
  10. Assist with the planning and execution of executive-level events and meetings, including setting up and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Act as a liaison between senior executives and other IT teams to ensure their technology needs are met.
  13. Provide training and guidance to other support staff and ensure consistent and high-quality technical support is provided to all senior executives.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience for senior executives.
