Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of contracts management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements in all contracts.
  3. Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
  4. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and negotiate favorable terms.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the contracting process.
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior contracts managers on complex issues and contracts.
  7. Monitor and track contract performance and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  8. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in contract language and terms.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in laws and regulations related to contracts.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on contract management activities and performance.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of contracts managers to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective contract management practices.
  13. Participate in negotiations with external parties and advocate for the company's interests.
  14. Manage and prioritize a high volume of contracts while adhering to strict deadlines and ensuring accuracy and quality.
  15. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to facilitate smooth and efficient contract management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Multinational Organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Legal Terminology.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Negotiation And Management Of Complex Contracts.

  • Experience In Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies In Contract Management.
