
Senior Consumer Relations Specialist

- Manage and resolve complex consumer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all consumer inquiries and ensure that they are addressed and resolved according to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively address consumer concerns.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consumer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve the overall consumer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer relations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior consumer relations specialists to ensure a high level of service is consistently provided.
- Uphold AIG's values of integrity, respect, and teamwork in all interactions with consumers and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Consumer Relations, Customer Service, Or Related Role
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Customer Complaints
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Industry And Regulations, With Knowledge Of Aig Products And Services Preferred
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, With Proven Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members
