  1. Investigate and evaluate complex property and specialty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Provide superior customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  3. Manage a caseload of claims, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, to gather necessary information and negotiate claim settlements.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to determine coverage and liability for claims.
  6. Analyze claims data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  8. Communicate claim status and updates to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of decisions and outcomes.
  9. Mentor and train junior claims adjusters, providing guidance and support in handling complex claims.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations related to insurance claims, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage, and effectively apply this knowledge to claims handling.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in claims management.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, maintaining confidentiality and building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Property And Specialty Risk Claims Handling, Preferably In The Spanish Market.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local Laws And Regulations Related To Property And Specialty Risk Claims.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Settle Complex Claims, Including High-Value And Multi-Line Claims.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Spanish And English.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance, And Relevant Professional Certifications (E.g. Cpcu, Aic).
