  2. Develop and maintain complex capital models to accurately measure and evaluate potential risks.
  3. Identify and assess potential risks to the company's financial stability and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for use in risk assessments.
  5. Regularly review and update existing capital models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management and capital modelling.
  7. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Work closely with other risk management teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  9. Conduct stress testing and scenario analyses to assess the impact of potential risks on the company's financials.
  10. Monitor and report on the company's risk exposure and capital adequacy.
  11. Ensure compliance with internal risk management policies and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices for capital modelling and risk assessment.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management and capital modelling.
  14. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the risk management function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capital Modelling Within The Insurance Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Risk Management Principles

  • Proficiency With Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python

  • Professional Actuarial Designation (Fcas, Fia, Etc.) Or Progress Towards Obtaining One
