
Senior Account Manager, Captive Management

- Manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all captive management needs.
- Create and implement strategic plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client's captive insurance company.
- Monitor and analyze captive insurance company performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations and delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to captive insurance and use this knowledge to effectively advise clients.
- Prepare and present reports to clients and senior management on the performance and status of their captive insurance companies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion within the captive management division.
- Train and mentor junior account managers to ensure a high level of service and expertise within the team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Captive Management Or Related Field, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Client Management And Retention.
Strong Knowledge Of Captive Insurance Industry, Including Regulatory Requirements, Financial Operations, And Risk Management Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
Experience In Team Leadership And Mentoring, With A Focus On Developing And Maintaining A High-Performing Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Professional Certifications Such As Cpcu, Arm, Or Aci Are Preferred.
