- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cybersecurity: The Security Advisory Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies. This Includes Being Well-Versed In Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, And Incident Response.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Lead Role, The Security Advisory Lead Should Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Security Advisors. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders And Senior Management.
Experience In Risk Management: A Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Frameworks And Methodologies Is Crucial For This Role. The Security Advisory Lead Should Be Able To Assess And Prioritize Security Risks, And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them.
Business Acumen: The Security Advisory Lead Must Have A Good Understanding Of The Business Operations And Objectives Of American International Group. This Will Enable Them To Align Security Initiatives With Business Goals And Make Informed Decisions That Balance Security And Business Needs.
