Job Description

Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing Enterprise Resiliency who will facilitate regional governance for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. Deliver all guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity Coordinators / Disaster Recovery Coordinators. Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete. Ensure all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Coordinators are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations. Participate in regional audits and regulatory reviews as required. The Enterprise Resiliency program partners with Security, Technology, our Businesses, and other support functions to respond to disruptive events and to help restore both technology and business process capabilities within predetermined timeframes.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management
