  9. Provide regular updates and reports on production and market trends to management.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for American International Group and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote American International Group's products and services.
  13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Collaborate with other Regional Production Specialists and share best practices to drive overall business success.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of American International Group's products and services and their unique selling points.
