Quality Control Analyst

Provide Legal Team with Legal analysis of the RFP and assign appropriate response metrics and personnel. Provide content assistance with Forms, Notary, MWBE, References, Statistics, Document and Contract Review Review/Edit all created RFP documents for accuracy, grammar, voice and tone, formatting, and to ensure continuation of AIG Retirement Services’ story throughout the proposal. Create and Review production day checklist (e.g. all detailed RFP shipping and delivery instructions) to ensure quality, consistent and correct response delivery and appropriate requested exhibits responses Coordinate with production assistance to ensure accurate and timely production. Production and Submittal Review of Databases, Electronic and Hard Copy RFPs. Debrief meetings with RFP Team to assess improvements, capture key edits and prevent bottlenecks.
