  1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within AIG.
  2. Orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the Agile Release Train.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
  6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
  7. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
  8. Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices.
  9. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, processes, and tools.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Agile Release Train.
  11. Manage project dependencies and ensure timely resolution of conflicts.
  12. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  13. Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management and Agile methodologies.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  17. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  18. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Project Management, Computer Science, Or Business Administration.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Release Train Engineering, Preferably In A Technology-Driven Organization.

  • Experience Managing Large, Complex Projects Or Programs With Multiple Stakeholders And Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Implementing Agile Practices In Project Management Or Software Development.
