  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for reducing or preventing accidents and injuries.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored risk management solutions.
  3. Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance claims data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improving safety practices.
  4. Develop and implement injury prevention programs and initiatives for clients, including training and educational materials.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in risk management and injury prevention to provide the most effective solutions to clients.
  6. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Utilize analytical skills to review and assess complex claims and make decisions on coverage and liability.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management regarding claims data, risk assessment findings, and injury prevention initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to ensure consistent and effective claims management and risk assessment processes.
  10. Stay compliant with all company and industry regulations and guidelines.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to other team members as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Represent the company and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.
