Payroll Compliance Manager
Understand all regulatory requirements and build policies and processes to ensure Company compliance in filings, financial reporting, and general operations. Understand the payroll and time keeping regulations for Federal and State. Ensure all processes for compliance are documented and kept up to date. Manage audits for payroll. Prepare all Company compliant reporting for Federal and State agencies year end activities and reporting. Compliance Reporting. Assist in Domestic Year End Project Planning. Assist in International Year End Project Planning.
5+ years of Payroll Management experience
5+ years of Payroll tax and government regulations
Experience with US Multi state, Canada, and International Assignees
Ability to work independently, take ownership of and manage ongoing responsibilities
