  1. Coordinate and manage medical assistance services for AIG policyholders and their families.
  2. Utilize medical knowledge and understanding of AIG policies to effectively communicate with policyholders and healthcare providers.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of medical assistance requests.
  4. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  5. Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with policyholders and their families.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for medical assistance requests.
  7. Collaborate with external healthcare providers to secure necessary medical services for AIG policyholders.
  8. Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in the healthcare industry to continuously improve processes and services.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all medical assistance requests and services provided.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations in the performance of duties.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including policyholders, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
  13. Serve as a positive representative of AIG and its commitment to providing exceptional support to clients.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of medical assistance services.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations in handling sensitive medical information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Medical Assistance Or Case Management.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Electronic Medical Records.
