  1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective management of the assumed claims portfolio.
  2. Oversee a team of claims adjusters and analysts, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in claims, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the handling of claims.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and reinsurers.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as Underwriting and Finance, to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  7. Review and approve settlement offers, ensuring they are in line with company guidelines and standards.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations, and make necessary adjustments to claims handling processes.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote professional growth and development.
  10. Act as a liaison between the claims team and senior management, providing regular updates on the status of the assumed claims portfolio.
  11. Handle escalated or complex claims, and ensure timely and fair resolution for all claims.
  12. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
  13. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of the assumed claims portfolio.
  15. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to stay informed about best practices and industry trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Management.
