- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and legal counsel, to gather necessary information and negotiate settlements.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to review and interpret complex aviation and insurance documents, such as policies, contracts, and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and act as a mentor for less experienced adjusters.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities, including written reports and financial data.
