  1. Assess and evaluate major losses for aerospace claims, including damage to aircraft, aviation equipment, and property.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the cause and extent of losses, gathering evidence and interviewing involved parties as needed.
  3. Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of insurance policies to determine coverage and liability for claims.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and legal counsel to develop and implement effective strategies for claims resolution.
  5. Communicate with clients and their representatives in a professional and empathetic manner, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the claims process.
  6. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings and recommendations, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Negotiate settlements with clients and third-party insurers, working towards fair and timely resolutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills in the aerospace insurance field.
  9. Mentor and train junior adjusters, providing guidance and support in handling complex claims.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
