  1. Investigate and evaluate complex insurance claims to determine coverage and appropriate settlement for clients.

  3. Conduct thorough investigations and gather necessary evidence to support claim decisions.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.

  6. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of claim files in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with various departments within the organization to provide support and expertise on major loss claims.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claim handling processes.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer service and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during the claims process.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, while handling claims.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the insurance field.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
  13. Handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  14. Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Exhibit a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration to achieve departmental and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Insurance Claims Adjusting, Preferably In Property And Casualty

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Claims Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills

  • Proven Ability To Handle Complex And High-Value Claims With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
