  1. Conduct thorough analysis of insurance products and risk management strategies for M&A transactions.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to financial lines products.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage and risk management strategies.
  5. Support the underwriting process for M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence and evaluating potential risks.
  6. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Prepare and present reports and presentations on insurance products and risk management strategies to clients and senior management.
  8. Monitor and track M&A activity in the market and identify potential opportunities for new business.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in supporting M&A transactions.
  11. Contribute to the development of new financial lines products and enhancements to existing products.
  12. Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Investment Banking, Private Equity, Or Corporate Finance.
