Job Description

Develop Callidus/Producer Pro Webi compliance reports based on business requirements prepared by the Director of Financial Controls. Identify reporting efficiencies and automation of analytics and other potential enhancements observed as reporting and analytics are implemented in production. Observe data anomalies and outliers/potential errors and escalate/communicate accordingly for appropriate action. Manage access to data reporting, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate communication. Create storage repositories for reporting in accordance with audit and regulatory and AIG retention schedules. Prepare and submit producer data records efficiently to meet required deadlines. Support SAP reconciliation, audit support, and other control activities as needed. Perform quality review, through Automated Workflow Distributor (AWD) of onboarding, contract maintenance and agent termination records.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a business process improvement role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to evolving business conditions and priorities

  • Experience in working in agile methodology preferred or become proficient within three months

  • Programming experience is a definitive advantage, especially SQL and VBA for applications
