  1. Develop and implement IT risk management strategies and policies in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential IT risks and vulnerabilities.
  3. Design and implement controls to mitigate identified risks and ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT risk management and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT risk management strategies with business objectives.
  7. Communicate IT risks and control measures to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Provide guidance and support to IT teams to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of controls.
  9. Conduct training sessions to increase awareness of IT risks and promote a culture of risk management within the organization.
  10. Participate in audits and regulatory examinations, providing necessary documentation and support.
  11. Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to IT risk management and ensure compliance.
  12. Prepare and present reports on IT risk management activities to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Manage and mentor a team of IT risk and control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote a culture of risk management and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Risk Management And Controls, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices, Such As Iso 27001 And Nist Cybersecurity Framework.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing It Risk Management Strategies And Frameworks.
