
IT Change Manager

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive technology changes that align with organizational goals.
- Identify potential risks and issues associated with technology changes and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including senior management, to gain buy-in and support for technology changes.
- Ensure all technology changes are properly documented, tested, and approved according to company standards.
- Monitor and track technology changes, identifying any potential roadblocks or delays and proactively addressing them.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success and impact of technology changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to effectively manage and implement technology changes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.
- Act as a subject matter expert for IT change management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of technology changes.
- Manage and prioritize multiple technology change requests, balancing business needs and resource availability.
- Uphold and promote AIG's values, policies, and procedures in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Change Management Or It Project Management.
Strong Understanding Of It Processes And Methodologies, Such As Itil.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Experience With Managing And Implementing Complex It Changes In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.
