Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Program Management Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Clients, Stakeholders, And Internal Teams.
