  1. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR programs and initiatives to support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR programs with company goals and values.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a talented and dynamic workforce.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure HR programs are innovative and effective.
  5. Manage and track program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for HR programs and provide guidance and support to HR team members and leaders.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to measure the success and impact of HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR program initiatives.
  9. Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate employees and leaders on HR programs and initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR programs.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees are supported and valued.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs to meet the changing needs of the organization and its employees.
  13. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR programs across the organization.
  14. Act as an ambassador for the company's culture and values, promoting a positive employee experience.
  15. Communicate and promote HR programs to employees, ensuring understanding and participation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Program Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Compliance With State And Federal Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Complex Hr Programs, Such As Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, And Performance Management.
