Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Program Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Financial Services Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Compliance With State And Federal Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Complex Hr Programs, Such As Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, And Performance Management.
