  1. Collaborate with company leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and values.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  3. Partner with business leaders to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities.
  4. Provide guidance and support on all HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  5. Proactively identify and address employee relations issues to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  7. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  8. Advise and support managers in performance management and employee development.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies and processes.
  12. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  13. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote employee engagement and retention.
  14. Partner with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, As Well As Knowledge Of Local And Federal Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees, Managers, And Executives.

  • Experience In Strategic Hr Planning, Talent Management, And Organizational Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Positive Change And Achieving Business Objectives.
