  11. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve any HR-related issues or concerns.
  12. Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
  13. Conduct training and development sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's core values and promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Roles, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Consultant Capacity.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Principles And Best Practices, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Providing Strategic Hr Support And Partnering With Business Leaders To Drive Organizational Success.
