  1. Conduct actuarial analysis on global accident and health insurance products to support decision making and drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Utilize statistical and mathematical models to analyze data and provide valuable insights to inform business strategies.
  3. Collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders to develop and implement new products and pricing strategies.
  4. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support business operations and improve efficiency.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  8. Participate in actuarial research and development projects to enhance actuarial processes and methodologies.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize actuarial procedures and increase accuracy and efficiency.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in actuarial practices and apply them to job responsibilities.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and underwriting, to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on actuarial concepts and techniques.
  13. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  15. Continuously strive for professional growth and development through training and self-study.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analysis, Preferably In The A&H Insurance Industry

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python

  • Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Experience With International Insurance Markets

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
