- Conduct actuarial analysis on global accident and health insurance products to support decision making and drive business growth and profitability.
- Utilize statistical and mathematical models to analyze data and provide valuable insights to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders to develop and implement new products and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support business operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in actuarial research and development projects to enhance actuarial processes and methodologies.

- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in actuarial practices and apply them to job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and underwriting, to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies.
- Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on actuarial concepts and techniques.
- Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analysis, Preferably In The A&H Insurance Industry
Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python
Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Experience With International Insurance Markets
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
