  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various departments and systems.

  6. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior management, providing proactive solutions and strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and relevant financial analysis.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
  9. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  10. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences, showcasing our financial performance and expertise.
  11. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline financial analysis and reporting processes.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership to promote financial awareness and understanding.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial analysis capabilities through training, development, and staying updated on industry best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Statements, Financial Modeling, And Forecasting Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel, Sap, And Bloomberg.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Senior Management.
