- Partner with key stakeholders in the Property & Casualty division to provide strategic financial support and guidance.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for the division.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial goals and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial support for new business initiatives and projects within the division.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the property and casualty finance space.
- Mentor and train junior team members to build a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for the division.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Property & Casualty division at AIG.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Property And Casualty Insurance Industry
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Forecasting, And Budgeting
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments
Familiarity With Property And Casualty Insurance Products And Regulations, As Well As Financial Reporting Requirements For The Industry
