We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and support our Retail Property department. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail property division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent time management and communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.   1. Provide administrative support to the executives of the Retail Property department.
  2. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executives.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  5. Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives.
  6. Maintain and update departmental records and databases.
  7. Assist in planning and organizing departmental events and meetings.
  8. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments within the organization.
  9. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  10. Proactively identify and address any administrative needs of the department.
  11. Monitor and manage executives' email and phone correspondence.
  12. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  13. Foster positive and professional relationships with team members and external contacts.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to the real estate market.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline administrative processes within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant In A Retail Property Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Retail Property Industry, Including Leasing, Property Management, And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Management And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Create Presentations, Reports, And Spreadsheets.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
