In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and managing the day-to-day office operations.   1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain a professional and organized office environment by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  4. Create and maintain important documents, presentations, and reports for the executive team.
  5. Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences for the executive team and other employees.
  6. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the office.
  7. Manage and track expenses, invoices, and budgets for the office.
  8. Supervise and train office support staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Display a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Office Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Project Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Management And External Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software, With A Strong Understanding Of Office Operations And Procedures.
