  1. Serve as a brand ambassador for American International Group (AIG) and promote the Early Career Program 2025 - Casualty to potential candidates.
  2. Engage and attract UAE Nationals who are interested in starting a career in the insurance industry.
  3. Assist in designing and implementing the Early Career Program 2025 - Casualty, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of young professionals.
  4. Provide guidance and support to program participants, helping them navigate their roles and responsibilities within AIG.
  5. Collaborate with various departments within AIG to create a dynamic and collaborative work environment for program participants.
  6. Mentor and coach program participants, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills and grow as professionals.
  7. Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for the Early Career Program 2025 - Casualty, ensuring that the best and most suitable candidates are chosen.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract potential program participants.
  9. Continuously monitor and assess the progress and performance of program participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant and valuable information to program participants.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  12. Represent AIG and the Early Career Program 2025 - Casualty at industry events and networking opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop and implement strategies for program retention and career advancement opportunities for program participants.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the Early Career Program 2025 - Casualty, making necessary adjustments to ensure its success and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a role model and mentor for program participants, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to the insurance industry.
